OVERVIEW:

This project sought to increase the production of galvanised mill for TARAZ Coating Steel Industries to a nominal capacity of 330,000 tonnes per year.               

Sulphuric Acid Production Plant

YEAR: 2010

OVERVIEW:

This process plant consisted of 17 buildings / structures to produce 900,000 tonnes of concentrated sulphuric acid per year. We were engaged to provide design assist services and shop detailing for 750 tonnes of structural steel.         

KEY HIGHLIGHT:

Over 45,000 drawings were generated for steelwork.          

KEY CHALLENGE:

This was a brownfield project with very limited manoeuvring space for installation and siteworks which caused many issues during modelling and detailing.
